You can now simply track your order online by clicking "Track My Order" & making the most of our new gadget "Order Status" it allows you to track your order from as soon as your unique pattern hit's the cutting table.

Keep up to date with your custom bespoke order.  From our cutting table to first fitting, just click the orange box "Order Status".

How long will my order take to be made?

 

We offer 3 cutting options,

 

Option 1 ). Our standard cutting time is 8 weeks, depending on the time of the year.  Make sure you plan more time during wedding season.  *We advice 10-12 Weeks during the busier cutting periods.

Option 2). We offer a fast track 4 week (chargeable) cutting service, moving you to the front of the cutting queue if cutting time allows.

Option 3). We can offer a 3 week fast track (chargeable) cutting option if cutting time allows.

Online Status Updates

Can I track my order online?

Yes you can, you can easily track your order on your mobile, ipad, laptop or desktop. You will only need your order number & email address to access order status.

Track My Order

Track your bespoke order from the cutting table to your first fitting. Just ask the team for your order number. Click the link above and head to order status at the top of the screen & stay up to date.
