The couple celebrated their wedding on 24th July 2026, with Ari travelling from Birmingham to Angola for the celebrations. Before flying out on 16th July, Ari visited A Hand Tailored Suit in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter to create a completely personalized wedding tuxedo.

 

A Classic White & Black Wedding Tuxedo

Ari chose a sophisticated white two-piece wedding tuxedo with black satin detailing, creating a timeless evening-wear-inspired look.

The jacket featured a clean white base with a striking black satin shawl lapel, giving the tuxedo a refined and traditional black-tie character while retaining a contemporary bespoke feel.

The shawl lapel was finished in contrasting black satin with a 3.5-inch lapel width, carefully proportioned to complement the overall design. The jacket also featured a single-breasted front, straight flapped pockets and double back vents.

One of the defining details was the contrast black satin used across the lapel, creating a sharp visual distinction against the white jacket.

 

 

Bespoke Details Throughout

As with every garment created by A Hand Tailored Suit, Ari's tuxedo was designed around his individual measurements and personal style.

The attention to detail continued inside and throughout the garment, with hand-stitching, a framed lining style and a flash cuff detail adding subtle bespoke touches.

The cuffs were designed with contrast detailing, while the inside of the garment included personalized embroidery positioned inside or underneath the collar — a small detail that makes the tuxedo uniquely Ari's.

The Black Satin Eveningwear Accessories

To complete the tuxedo, Ari selected traditional black-tie accessories.

His outfit included a black satin clip-on bow tie and matching black satin cummerbund, complementing the black satin shawl lapel and creating a cohesive evening wear look.

The combination of white and black gave the outfit a strong, elegant contrast that was perfectly suited to an afternoon wedding with an evening wear-inspired dress code.

 

Bespoke Black Trousers with Satin Stripe

The tuxedo trousers were made in black, designed specifically to complement the white dinner jacket.

Ari opted for a clean, classic trouser design without pleats, featuring belt loops and adjusters for a refined fit. The trousers also included a traditional black satin contrast stripe, reinforcing the formal tuxedo styling.

Two rear pockets with button-and-loop closures, brace buttons and a double-clip fastening with French bearer completed the construction.

The result was a pair of bespoke evening trousers designed to sit perfectly with the white dinner jacket and black accessories.

A Crisp White Bespoke Shirt

Ari's shirt was designed in white to provide a clean foundation underneath the tuxedo jacket.

The shirt featured a semi-cutaway collar, balanced front styling and two knife pleats at the back. The double cuffs were finished with a curved design, while the white buttons maintained the crisp formal appearance.

A bespoke shirt is an important part of any wedding tuxedo. The collar, cuff and proportions all contribute to how the finished tuxedo sits and looks when worn.

 

From Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter to Angola

Ari came to A Hand Tailored Suit in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter to create his wedding outfit before travelling to Angola for the celebrations.

The process included a planned fitting on 21st June 2026, allowing the team to assess the fit and make sure the finished garments were ready for the big day.

A structured payment plan was also arranged across three installments, with payments scheduled for the end of March, April and May.

This approach allows customers to plan their bespoke wedding-wear while giving the tailoring team time to develop, construct and perfect each garment.
