Program Name: "Refer A Friend" Shirt Referral Program

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
  • 1. A Hand Tailored Suit offers existing customers the opportunity to receive a complimentary custom-made shirt (worth up to £150) when they successfully refer a new customer who completes their first order.
  • 2. The referred friend will also receive a complimentary custom-made shirt (worth up to £150) upon completion of their first order.

2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Referrer Eligibility:
  • Must be an existing customer of A Hand Tailored Suit with at least one completed order
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid email address and contact information on file
2.2 Referee Eligibility:
  • Must be a new customer who has never placed an order with A Hand Tailored Suit
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Cannot be an employee or contractor of A Hand Tailored Suit
3. HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
  • 1. The referrer must share A Hand Tailored Suit's website (www.ahandtailoredsuit.com) or provide the referee with our contact information.
  • 2. The referee must mention the referrer's name when placing their first order, or the referrer's details must be clearly identifiable in the order process.
  • 3. The referee must complete their first order with a minimum value of £400 (excluding delivery charges and taxes).
  • 4. Both complimentary shirts will be processed after the referee's order has been completed and payment received in full.
4. REWARD DETAILS
4.1 Complimentary Shirt Specifications:
  • Custom-made shirt worth up to £150
  • Choice of fabric from our standard shirt collection (premium fabrics may incur additional charges)
  • Full customization options including collar style, cuff style, fit, and monogramming
  • Standard delivery timeframe applies (typically 6-8 weeks)
  •  The complimentary shirt cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
  •  If customization choices exceed the £150 value, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.
5. LIMITATIONS
  • Maximum of 5 successful referrals per customer per calendar year.
  • Referrals cannot be backdated - the referee must mention the referrer at the time of ordering.
  • The complimentary shirt must be claimed within 12 months of the qualifying referral.
  • Only one referral reward per new customer - multiple people cannot claim the same referee.
6. PROGRAM RESTRICTIONS
  • A Hand Tailored Suit reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of all referrals.
  • Fraudulent referrals, including self-referrals using false identities, will result in immediate disqualification and potential account termination.
  • Referrals through paid advertising, coupon websites, or other commercial channels are not eligible.
  • Employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
7. DELIVERY & FULFILLMENT
  • Complimentary shirts will be processed in order of qualification date.
  • Standard production and delivery times apply (6-8 weeks from measurement/specification confirmation).
  • Recipients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications.
  • Standard alteration policy applies to complimentary shirts.
8. MODIFICATION & TERMINATION
  • A Hand Tailored Suit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time with 30 days' notice.
  • Any changes will not affect referrals already in progress at the time of modification.
  • Qualified referrals made before program termination will be honored.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
  • This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.
  • A Hand Tailored Suit's decision on all matters relating to this program is final.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
10. DATA PROTECTION
  • Personal information collected through this program will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • By participating, customers consent to A Hand Tailored Suit contacting them regarding their referral status and rewards.
