If you're attending a wedding, sometimes it can be stressful finding that perfect ensemble that fits very well and also is one that you're 100% happy with. Sometimes that attire might only be worn for that wedding you're going to; but with a bespoke suit, you're guaranteed a suit that will fit exceptionally, a suit you'll love forever and one that you can wear on multiple occasions after! Helen came to us for a bespoke piece as she would be attending her friend's wedding, and here is the final suit our team made.
Helen opted for a classic three-piece charcoal grey suit with a lovely smooth shawl lapel on the front of the jacket. The design was kept classic with the welt pocket on the chest and two flapped pockets below the waist, the edges of these curved to mirror the centre front as it leads into the hem. It would be fastened with just the single button to capture the formality of the occasion. For the day, Helen would have a crisp white pocket square or a grey satin pocket lining for choice, both exquisite and both sophisticated.
Just like the pocket squares, Helen would also have the choice of two waistcoats to go splendidly with her suit. Both were created with a four-button front and subtle notched hem at the bottom, contrasted by the smoothness of the curved neckline. Whilst the one design with a matching grey waistcoat, the second was constructed from a maroon satin paisley print with dark brown horn buttons to add a subtle statement to her wedding guest outfit. Along with the suit, we also made a custom white cotton shirt for her that would feature a small band collar around the neck with clear buttons down the centre front.
