It was the celebrity news that took the world by storm on the weekend: after reuniting in 2021 and announcing they were engaged again in April this year, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck tied the knot in an intimate Las Vegas celebration. The couple were engaged before in 2002 but split a couple of years later; but now, "Bennifer" are finally a married couple. Congratulations to the newlyweds!
Although not much imagery has been released from the ceremony, the couple look to be gorgeously dressed and looking amazing for the wedding which occurred on Saturday (16th July 2022). The groom Ben Affleck donned a lovely white dinner jacket with peak lapels for his wedding suit of choice. The black trousers were cut in a straight-leg style for the actor, which he echoed through the black bow tie worn underneath his shirt collar. It would be fastened with a one-button front if he so chose to style it as such, with matching buttons on the jacket cuffs also. On the one lapel, he accessorised with a white tulip boutonnière for the wedding whilst his shirt was white with a covered button placket and pleated panel front for such a glamorous occasion.
The bride Jennifer Lopez donned a simple cut wedding dress for the ceremony which had a vintage feel to it, only making the meaning of it more elegant and romantic. The neckline was a simple crew neck which the singer and actress accessorised with a delicate silver necklace. The bodice was sleeveless and followed round to the back, with the bodice fitted to the waist before flaring out gently into a draping skirt. The skirt looked to be layered with a delicate print as the top layer to enhance the dress' elegance of the silhouette for the small ceremony. It looks like she may have worn a second dress for the joyous event too, designed with floral lace sleeves and an off-shoulder neckline.
