Milan Fashion Week February-March 2026: Bottega Veneta

Milan Fashion Week will run from 24 February to 2 March. It follows on from last week’s London Fashion Week and New York Fashion Week at the beginning of the month. Paris Fashion Week will round off fashion month from 2 to 10 March. February and March fashion weeks are designers’ chance to showcase their collections for the autumn and winter of the upcoming year. This year’s top designers at MFW include Fendi, Gucci, Prada, Giorgio Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, Bottega Veneta, and many more well-known fashion houses.

Described as “A Hairy Situation”, creative director Louise Trotter presented the Autumn/Winter 2026-2027 collection, her second for Bottega Veneta, on 28 February at the Palazzo San Fedele, the house’s headquarters. Take a look at the full runway show below.

The collection focused on extreme texture, created to please the hand and eye, including shearling, fil coupé (a fabric with floating fringed threads that create a textured look), recycled fibreglass, woven leather, and fuzzy knits. There was sculptural, voluminous tailoring featuring rounded shoulders and full sleeves and a heavy focus on outerwear. The colour palette was based on black, white, and brown, with pops of vibrant lipstick red, lemon yellow, and cobalt blue, among others. Let’s take a closer look at some of the pieces from the collection.
