Milan Men's Fashion Week, January 2026: Giorgio Armani
Milan Men's Fashion Week ran from January 16 to 20, 2026, bringing together 18 major runway shows from Italian and international fashion houses, including Zegna, Giorgio Armani, Tod's, Ralph Lauren, Dolce & Gabbana, and Prada.
The Giorgio Armani Autumn/Winter 2026-2027 Menswear collection, titled Cangiante (Italian for 'changing' or 'iridescent'), was presented on January 19 at Via Borgonuovo 21 in Milan. The venue, a theatre in Giorgio Armani's own home, hosted the first event there since his passing last year. Leo Dell'Orco, the head of men's collections for both Emporio and Giorgio Armani, is now at the helm of the prestigious fashion house. See the full collection in the video below.
The collection drew inspiration from the cangiante effect - the way fabric and bodies move and catch the light in different ways. The garments remained true to Armani's heritage, using soft tailoring, gentle, sweeping shapes, and oversized proportions. The ensembles used a blend of matte and shiny luxurious fabrics, including velvet, suede, and cashmere, to create an interplay between light and shadow. The colour palette was a classic cold-weather one, featuring muted neutrals in various shades, including Armani's signature greige as well as taupe, grey, beige, and black, with jewel-toned accents, such as amethyst, lapis lazuli, cobalt, and emerald.
