Milan Men's Fashion Week, June 2025, Prada
Share
With the surprise cancellation of London Men's Fashion Week this June due to the trend towards co-ed presentations, Men's Fashion Week kicked off in Milan instead. It ran from June 20th to June 24th, showcasing some of the world's most famous fashion houses, including Dolce & Gabbana, Armani, Prada, Dunhill, and Ralph Lauren.
Prada's Spring/Summer 26 collection debuted on June 22nd at Fondazione Prada's Deposito, which had been left plain and with natural lighting. The only real decorations were a few black and white flower-shaped rugs lining the grey tile runway. The more stripped-back atmosphere fit with the collection's theme - "a change of tone". Check out the full runway show below.
Creative director Raf Simons said that he wanted the collection to be free, light, fresh, and colourful. There was a 1970s influence on some of the summery designs, with floral and wave-like prints on tops, as well as colourful slim-fitting tracksuits. Other garments included tailored short shorts, tops with tasselled hems, and long army-style shirts worn as dresses. The collection also featured more classic tailoring, such as double-breasted suits and trench coats. Let's take a closer look at some of the pieces from the collection.
