Milan Men's Fashion Week, June 2026: Dolce & Gabbana
Milan Men's Fashion Week will run from June 19 to 23, showing Spring/summer 2027 collections from Italy's fashion powerhouses, including Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Giorgio Armani, Tod's, and Brioni. Other designers from outside Italy will also showcase their menswear, including Paul Smith, Ralph Lauren, Thom Browne, and Dunhill.
On June 20, Dolce & Gabbana presented their "Vacanze Siciliane" (Sicilian Holidays) Spring/Summer 2027 collection against a backdrop of the Sicilian coast, with shifting lighting to evoke different times of day. The garments presented embodied an exaggerated, sexy European summer. Take a look at the full runway show below.
The collection paid tribute to Sicily's landscape, varied history and culture while combining it with the brand's signature aesthetic. There were adornments that looked like coral from the Sicilian sea, portrayals of the colourful lacquered charms historically made by the local inhabitants, depictions of oranges and lemons that highlighted the island's citrus production, and reproductions of Byzantine mosaics. The colour palette exemplified Sicily's landscape. The opening black garments represented the volcanic beaches, blue represented the sea and sky, green the island's highly prized and expensive pistachios, neutral tones for sand and limestone, and the final all-white looks for, according to the designers, its "most luminous side". Garments included printed shirts, embroidered lightweight suits, denim decorated with the above-mentioned lacquered charms, woven suede jackets, silk swimwear, and crochet polo shirts.
