Milan Men's Fashion Week, June 2026: Ralph Lauren
Milan Men’s Fashion Week will run from June 19 to 23, showing Spring/summer 2027 collections from Italy’s fashion powerhouses, including Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Giorgio Armani, Tod’s, and Brioni. Other designers from outside Italy will also showcase their menswear, including Paul Smith, Ralph Lauren, Thom Browne, and Dunhill.
On Friday, June 19, Ralph Lauren presented his Spring/Summer 2027 blended Purple Label and Polo Ralph Lauren ready-to-wear collection at his Milan headquarters. He installed a mahogany speedboat in the courtyard, titling the collection Dream Racers, and the show that followed had a boating, sporty, fishing, preppy energy blended with refined suiting. The collection, according to the runway’s notes, explored the fusion of collegiate prep, adventure, and 1920s Italian sport culture. It paid homage to 1920s Italian businessmen who raced speedboats on Lake Como, combining the style of the “gentleman athlete” with nautical preppiness and classic Americana. Pieces included field jackets, puffer jackets, leather moto jackets, and silk bomber jackets layered over three-piece suits. The tailoring was relaxed, with sun-faded linen suits, slouchy double-breasted blazers, and roomy, baggy trousers. Preppy garments included rugby-style striped knits, neckerchiefs, and cravats layered under sportswear. There were two distinct colour palettes throughout the presentation: sophisticated neutrals and vibrant, preppy colours like bright orange and red, as well as camouflage greens and sporty blues.
