New York Fashion Week kicked off a month-long extravaganza of runway shows across the world on September 11th. New York Fashion Week will run from September 11th to the 16th, before moving on to London, Milan, and finally, Paris, ending on October 7th. September Fashion Weeks are designers' opportunities to showcase their Spring/Summer collections for the upcoming year. This year's top designers at NYFW include Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, Christian Siriano, Todd Snyder, Coach, and many more.
Ralph Lauren opened New York Fashion Week with his Spring/Summer 2026 ready-to-wear collection at the brand's Madison Avenue headquarters. Take a look at the full runway show below.
Lauren's Spring/Summer 2026 collection was very on brand, with clean, minimal lines, a preppy American look, and a simple colour palette of white, black, and scarlet. Pieces included voluminous gowns with skinny spaghetti straps or halter necks, shirt dresses, Grecian-style dresses, striped shirts, ties, pleated shorts and trousers, and tailored coats and blazers.
