Paris Fashion Week, March 2025: Louis Vuitton

Paris Fashion Week is the culmination of the month-long fashion extravaganza that takes place across New York, London, Milan, and Paris. It kicked off earlier this week and will run until the 11th of March. The schedule includes runway shows from fashion juggernauts, including Dior, Tom Ford, Balmain, Givenchy, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Balenciaga, and more.

Creative director Nicolas Ghesquiere presented his Autumn/Winter 25 collection for Louis Vuitton on the 10th of March at L'Etoile du Nord, France's national railway headquarters. Take a look at the full runway show below.

Ghesquiere stated that the inspiration for the collection was the brief interactions shared by strangers at a Parisian train station. The collection, therefore, featured an eclectic range of garments that people might be seen travelling or meeting people in, from trenchcoats, anoraks, and raincoats to 19th-century-style (when the railway was exciting and new) glamorous outfits, including turbans, fur coats, and flouncy dresses. The collection had a colour palette of red, green, white, and black, seen particularly in the plaid that dominated the runway. There were also some pinstripes, floral prints and shimmering metallics.
