Paris Fashion Week, March 2026: Saint Laurent

Paris Fashion Week, which runs from 2 to 10 March, wraps up a month-long fashion extravaganza that kicked off in New York at the beginning of February, followed by London and Milan Fashion Weeks. February and March fashion weeks are designers’ chance to showcase their collections for the autumn and winter of the upcoming year. This year’s top designers at Paris Fashion Week include Dior, Balmain, Tom Ford, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermes, Saint Laurent, and many more well-known fashion houses.

Creative director Anthony Vaccarello presented the Saint Laurent Autumn/Winter 2026-2027 collection on 3 March in a wood-panelled room. Take a look at the full runway show below.

The show marked the 60th anniversary of Yves Saint Laurent’s “Le Smoking”, a tailored black tuxedo that helped redefine women’s dressing when it debuted in 1966. The collection was therefore opened with a series of sharply tailored trouser suits, often with nothing beneath the jackets, featuring exaggerated shoulders and nipped-in waists. The collection also displayed a contrasting, less structured, body-hugging series of sheer lace sets and dresses. Outerwear included oversized fur coats and shiny rubber raincoats. The colour palette was dominated by black and browns with accents of teal, sienna, blue, and mustard. Let’s take a closer look at some of the pieces.
