Paris' Haute Couture Week is taking place between the 27th and 30th of January 2025. Luxury brands like Chanel, Dior, Giorgio Armani, Schiaparelli, Valentino, and Jean Paul Gaultier will present their couture spring/summer 25 collections.
At the Chanel show, models walked down a tilted runway in the shape of double interlocking Cs that looked like an infinity sign - representing Chanel's status as the oldest operating couture house at one hundred and ten years. Take a look at the full runway show below.
The show was held on the 28th of January at the Grand Palais, and the theme was 'infinite movement'. The colour palette was a mixture of bold crimson, deep blue, and royal purple mixed with pastel greens, pinks, yellows and Chanel's trademark black and white. The silhouettes were 80s-inspired, with substantial, powerful shoulders, signature tweed suit sets, undulating billowy capes, silky pussybow collar blouses, and feather-embellished silk organza dresses.
