Paris Men's Fashion Week, January 2026: Dior Homme
Paris Men's Fashion Week ran from January 20 to 25, featuring 35 runway shows, including those by major fashion houses Louis Vuitton, Dior, Hermès, Issey Miyake, and Amiri.
Jonathan Anderson presented his second menswear show for Dior on January 21 in the gardens of the Musée Rodin. The Autumn/Winter 2026-2027 collection was a tribute to legendary couturier Paul Poiret, blending 1920s opulence with punk edginess and contemporary streetwear. The collection explored the theme of "aristo-youth" with slender silhouettes, cropped Bar jackets, bombers that flowed into brocade capes, balloon-back jackets, shrunken blazers, pussy-bow blouses, long johns instead of trousers, sequinned silk vests, and crystal-embellished polo shirts. Materials included heavy tweeds, fringing, sumptuous velvets, and flowy silks. The colour palette was muted and refined, featuring greys, blues, and earth tones accented by striking acid yellows and shiny metallics.
