Paris Men's Fashion Week, June 2025: Dior Homme

London Men's Fashion Week was cancelled this year, with one of the stated reasons being the trend towards more co-ed presentations. However, Milan Men's Fashion Week still went ahead, running from June 20th to June 24th. Influential design houses, including Dolce & Gabbana, Armani, and Prada, all showcased their latest collections. Men's Fashion Week then moved to Paris for its last week, running from June 24th to June 29th. Many designers displaced from London debuted their collections in Paris alongside the juggernauts of French fashion, including Saint Laurent, Dior, Hermès, and Louis Vuitton.

Irish designer Jonathan Anderson debuted his first collection for Dior Homme on June 27th in a tent in front of the Hôtel des Invalides, which houses Napoleon's tomb. The interior was designed to replicate Berlin's Gemäldegalerie museum and contained two still lifes by the 18th-century painter Jean-Siméon Chardin. Take a look at the full runway show below.

The Spring/Summer 2026 collection comprised elements of 18th-century dress styled in a modern context, as well as staple wardrobe pieces, such as jumpers, jeans, and sweatshirts, and garments inspired by three haute couture archival dresses (the Caprice, the Cigale, and the Delft). There were enormous cargo shorts with massive fabric-gobbling pleats paired with a male version of the iconic Dior Bar jacket. Other notable looks included cropped tuxedo jackets, formal shirts combined with casual jeans and trainers, tailcoats worn without a shirt, and replica 18th-century attire, including frock coats, military-style jackets, and stocks. Let's take a closer look at some of the pieces.
