The dress featured delicate spaghetti straps, a straight neckline, and a fitted bodice tailored with darts. She went completely makeup-free and styled her hair in a soft platinum bob reminiscent of Old Hollywood.

Claire Foy, best known for playing Elizabeth II in 2 seasons of The Crown, attended the Venice Film Festival’s opening ceremony on September 2, in a monochromatic Bottega Veneta creation.
