The Graham Norton Show, 16 October 2026

For Episode 4 of Series 34, Graham welcomed Oscar-winning director Quentin Tarantino to promote his play The Popinjay Cavalier. American comedian and chat show host Ellen DeGeneres appeared. Graham greeted Irish star Colin Farrell to talk about appearing in the documentary The Slightest Touch about his friend and Epidermolysis Bullosa campaigner Emma Fogarty. British actress Gemma Chan joined the show to discuss her drama-thriller, Josephine, and Suede performed "Dancing with the Europeans" from their current album, Antidepressants. Let's take a look at some of the outfits from this week's show.

Graham Norton

On this week's show, Graham stuck to his usual single-breasted, slim-fitting suit silhouette, this time in a deep sapphire blue. He added more of his colourful personality with a burgundy shirt featuring an abstract blue-and-white print and skipped a tie for a more laid-back look. As always, Graham blended classic tailoring with playful style. Check out his outfit in this clip with Ellen DeGeneres.

Quentin Tarantino

American director Quentin Tarantino is most famous for writing and directing films such as Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, and Kill Bill: Vol. 1 & 2. For his appearance, he wore his signature retro-style black single-breasted jacket, skinny black trousers, and a white shirt with no tie. The outfit was effortlessly classic and understated, reflecting the retro flair of his films. The lack of a tie added a relaxed feel to the minimalist yet stylish ensemble.

During the interview, Quentin talked about his love of movies and his ownership of two iconic LA cinemas.

Colin Farrell

Colin Farrell, an Irish actor best known for films like In Bruges, The Lobster, and The Banshees of Inisherin, wore wide-legged, baggy, brown striped trousers paired with a ribbed white vest and a black shirt, with the sleeves rolled up and the shirt left mostly unbuttoned to show off his undershirt. He completed the look with silver and leather jewellery. His outfit gave a relaxed, eclectic, slightly bohemian vibe. The trousers added a vintage-inspired unconventional edge, while the black shirt and white vest made the look feel casual but intentionally styled. His jewellery added rugged sophistication, completing a look that blended cool with rebellious charm.

In this clip, Colin explains why he thinks he was terrible casting for his role in In Bruges.

Gemma Chan

English actress Gemma Chan is recognised for her roles in the TV series Humans, the film Crazy Rich Asians, and in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Minn-Erva in Captain Marvel and Sersi in Eternals. She chose a tea-length charcoal column dress with a criss-cross halterneck and a waist-cinching tie. She styled her hair in beachy waves and kept her makeup and accessories minimal, adding a burgundy manicure for a pop of autumnal colour. The ensemble whispered understated glamour and sophistication.

During her conversation, Gemma explained her cat's link to Colin Farrell.
