For the New Year's Eve edition of Series 30 of The Graham Norton Show, Graham welcomed Oscar-winning actress Olivia Coleman and Bafta-winning actor Michael Ward to promote their joint romantic drama Empire of Light. Iconic comedic actor Hugh Laurie and comedian Romesh Ranganathan appeared. Graham greeted footballer Leah Williamson who captained England's Lionesses to victory in the Euros. Callum Scott Howells and Madeline Brewer, who star in the musical, Cabaret, came on the show to chat and perform the hit songs Willkommen and Don’t Tell Mama. Graham Norton
Graham dressed for the occasion, looking very festive in a flashy snakeskin textured purple jacket with wide-notch lapels and welted pockets. He wore it over a black shirt with velvet stripe details and some comfortable looser-fitting black trousers. Check out his outfit in this clip!
Olivia Coleman
Olivia Coleman is an English actress. She made her name in the Channel 4 comedy sitcom Peep Show. Her other television credits include Accused, Broadchurch, The Night Manager, Fleabag, and The Crown, for which she received a Golden Globe Award. On film, Coleman won an Oscar for Best Actress for her portrayal of Queen Anne in The Favourite. Her other notable film performances include Hot Fuzz, Tyrannosaur, The Lobster, Murder on the Orient Express, The Mitchells vs. the Machines, The Father, and The Lost Daughter.
On the programme, Olivia looked timelessly elegant in a thigh-length black double-breasted blazer with fringe detailing at the hem and peaked lapels. To balance the slightly boxy shape the jacket created, she paired it with slim-fitting straight-legged black trousers that ended just above the ankle. She finished the outfit with black strappy high-heeled sandals to lengthen and elongate her silhouette.

Michael Ward
Jamaican-British actor and former model Michael Ward is known for the television shows Top Boy and The A List. He has also appeared in the films Blue Story and The Old Guard. In 2020, Ward was given the BAFTA Rising Star Award.
During his interview, Michael was on trend in a chocolate brown velvet single-breasted slim-fitting suit. The jacket featured wide peak lapels, flap pockets with a ticket pocket for added flair, and shoulder pads for a formal and structured look. He combined the suit with an ivory silk shirt with a long point classic collar and a covered button placket to continue the formality and sophistication of the look.
Hugh Laurie
Hugh Laurie is an English actor, comedian, writer, and musician. He gained fame in the comedy double act Fry and Laurie with Stephen Fry, and they acted together in many programmes during the 1980s and 90s, including A Bit of Fry & Laurie, Jeeves and Wooster, and Blackadder. Laurie is most well known in America for portraying Gregory House in the drama series House. He has also appeared in many films, such as Sense and Sensibility, 101 Dalmatians, The Borrowers, The Man in the Iron Mask, Stuart Little, Life with Judy Garland: Me and My Shadows, Arthur Christmas, and The Personal History of David Copperfield.
On the show, Hugh dressed in a traditional slim-fitting black suit with padded shoulders, slim notch lapels and flap pockets. He paired it with a deep-aubergine-coloured shirt and left the collar unbuttoned and tieless for a more relaxed feel.
