Claridge's hosted the annual Harper's Bazaar Women of the Year Awards in partnership with Harry Winston and Laurent Perrier this year on the 7th of November. The awards celebrate inspirational talent from film, television, art, culture, and literature. The honoured winners included actresses Emilia Clarke and Jenna Ortega, musician Janelle Monae, director Emerald Fennell, and philanthropist Gugu Mbatha-Raw. Of course, celebrities flocked to the red carpet to show off their impeccable style. Let's take a look at some of the pieces that stood out for us.
Emilia Clarke
Actress Emilia Clarke, known for playing Daenerys Targaryen in Game of Thrones, strutted the red carpet in a gorgeous cream and peach beaded strapless midi-dress from Emilia Wickstead. She paired it with nude pointed heels to elongate her legs and finished the look with Tasaki jewellery and loose tousled hair.
India Amarteifio
Star of Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story India Amarteifio opted for classic black tailoring with a twist. The crystal-embellished Stella McCartney suit had an asymmetrical two-button closure, notch lapels, flap pockets, and slim-fitting straight-cut trousers. Her diamond choker-style necklace echoed the crystals on the suit while her peep-toe heels rounded off the outfit.
Phoebe Waller-Bridge
Actress and co-star of the latest Indiana Jones movie, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, also chose classic black tailoring for her stint on the red carpet. Her satin Galvan suit was incredibly slim-fitting with a slight flare on the trouser leg. Her jacket had shawl lapels, jetted waist-high pockets, and sharp padded shoulders. She paired it with silver Jessica McCormack jewellery and a bold red lip for a pop of colour.
Camille Cottin
Camille Cottin, French actress and comedian known for television shows such as Killing Eve and Brassic, looked amazing in a black short-sleeved chevron patterned sheer floor-length gown with a stand-up collar and ruffled detailing at the neck. She accessorised with silver bracelets, rings and earrings.
Jessie Buckley
Irish actress and singer Jessie Buckley, known for roles in Chernobyl and Fargo, went for a more edgy look in a sheer dotted skirt, chunky patent boots, and a fitted Erdem blazer beaded and bejewelled with various insects.
