The Ladies At Wimbledon 2021: Best Dressed (Days 1-4)

After a year away from the famous green tennis courts, like many sporting events, the Wimbledon Championships are back. Over the course of two weeks from the tournament's starting date (Monday 28th June 2021), we shall see the likes of Andy Murray, Dan Evans, Venus and Serena Williams take to the courts as they all play to win the Championships. Spectators up to a 50% capacity have been allowed to attend the event as part of the government's test pilot events, with this number rising throughout until a full crowd is allowed for the finals. As we enter day four of Wimbledon 2021, we've spotted a few famous faces in attendance and dressed for the occasion too of course. Here are our top 5 best dressed ladies at Wimbledon 2021 so far.

When: Day One at Wimbledon (28th June 2021)

Singer/songwriter Anne-Marie was spotted attending the opening day of the tournament wearing a cream two-piece oversized suit, styled with a matching cream cropped knit and a white cotton shirt. The jacket itself included a short 2-button stance on the front with large patch pockets at the bottom and short notch lapels. With the jacket hem falling to mid-thigh, her trousers were of a high-waist cut with slanted front pockets and the hem finishing just on the top of her shoes. On the front of the trousers were two distinguished patterns, both differing in shape and colours but remaining similar in the shapes involved in the design. With a brown cross-body bag as the accessory, it's a modern and stylishly cool ensemble for the opening day of Wimbledon.

Singer/songwriter àB Keen sported a bolder ensemble which consisted of a dark red jumpsuit made with notch lapels with a brown and white coat worn over the top. The coat also had notch lapels as she fastened it with brown belt tie supported by the matching belt loops. The hem of the block-coloured coat is turned up and stitched as it falls just below her knees, the same finish of the hem of the sleeves too. It's a toned down look that is still very chic for the summer event, but also a rather practical choice too as day one had much play delayed due to rain. The accessorising of a gold necklace and her matching red bag perfectly ties the whole outfit together.

When: Day One at Wimbledon (28th June 2021)

As pictured with her sister àB Keen at the tennis, singer/songwriter RAYE also watched the opening day as she wore a matching skirt and top set decorated with a floral print. The top included a rounded flat collar in the contrasting black floral print, with the centre points wide apart for the large vintage buttons. Two extra panels are positioned near the bottom of the top, distinguished through the contrasting panel on the hem. The same panel is included on the bottom of the half-length sleeves, whilst the skirt itself is separated into three sections: the black floral print wide waistband, the pink decorative print as the middle section, and the same black floral panel on the hem. It's a vintage-style ensemble and one which brightened up the otherwise rainy day.

When: Day Three at Wimbledon (30th June 2021)

Singer Louisa Johnson's ensemble for day three was a monochrome blue two-piece, styled with layered gold chain necklaces to match the subtle outfit. The velvet jacket included a shawl collar to meet just at the waist point as the item was fastened with a tie belt to the side. The bottom part of the jacket appears to be a separate panel as the natural drape of the fabric gathers at the waist point before a flat front from the waist to the rounded hem. Soft shoulders fall into flared sleeves as her trousers are tailored to the knee and flare out also for a bootcut style. Whilst the hem just brushes the floor, it's an overall elegant daytime ensemble.

When: Day Four at Wimbledon (1st July 2021)

Singer and TV presenter Rochelle Humes has been seen spotted at day four of Wimbledon with her husband (Marvin Humes) serving a beige two-piece suited look with a white lace top underneath. The jacket itself is designed with notch lapels, a single-button fastening, a slanted welt pocket and thin flapped pockets below the waist. The lapel line is low-cut which really allows the delicate lace to show its motifs embellished also. Her trousers are a straight leg cut with a defined centre crease and turned up hem. The lace top with the top includes thumb holes to ensure the delicate piece is shown underneath the cuffs as the jacket is slightly oversized on the shoulders. As the cloth has a natural sheen to it, it surely is glowing in the sun so far on day four.
