The Late Late Show with James Corden, 21-25 March 2022

On The Late Late Show with James Corden, James welcomed Lizzo, Gabrielle Union, Pillow Queens, Olivia Rodrigo, Renate Reinsve, Cirque du Soleil's OVO, Sandra Bullock, Channing Tatum, and Chris Laker. Let's take a look at some of the outfits on the show this week.

James Corden

On the show this week, James wore a midnight blue suit with peak lapels. He paired it with a light blue classic collar shirt and matching midnight tie. His feet were shod in plain black brogues.

Later in the week, He donned a charcoal grey, notch lapel suit. He combined it with the same light blue shirt and midnight blue tie from earlier in the week. 

 

Lizzo and Gabrielle Union

Lizzo, born Melissa Viviane Jefferson, is an American singer, rapper, songwriter and flautist. She attained international recognition through the songs Juice and Tempo from her third studio album, Cuz I Love You. Lizzo has won three Grammy Awards for Best Urban Contemporary Album, Best Pop Solo Performance and Best Traditional R&B Performance. She has also worked as an actor. She provided the voice for a character in the 2019 animated film UglyDolls and appeared in the film Hustlers. 

On the show, Lizzo wore an eyecatching skin-tight powder blue ankle-length latex dress. It was a one-shoulder dress with one large puffed sleeve ending in a tight cuff to accentuate the volume of the sleeve. The dress was ruched up on both side seams to give even more detail and interest to the look. Lizzo accessorised very simply with long white nails and white boots to not take the attention away from the stunning outfit. 

American actress Gabrielle Union is best known for her roles in the teen films She's All That, 10 Things I Hate About You and Bring It On. She has appeared in many other movies, including Bad Boys II, Neo Ned, and Breaking In. She has also had starring roles in the television series City of Angels and Being Mary Jane. Union has written four books, two memoirs and two children's books. She is also an advocate for issues such as violence against women. 

During her interview, Gabrielle donned a simple, beautifully tailored loose-fitting high-waisted wide-legged black pantsuit. The jacket had wide peak lapels. She paired the suit with chunky gold earrings and patent stiletto heels.

Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum

Sandra Bullock is an American actress and producer. She is most recognised for her roles in  Demolition Man, Speed, Miss Congeniality, Gravity, Ocean's 8, and Bird Box. She has appeared in many other films and won the Oscar for Best Actress for The Blind Side. Bullock also owns the production company Fortis Films.

On the programme, Sandra dressed in a loose-fitting black cold shoulder top and matching trousers. The neckline, shoulder cutouts and side seams of the trousers were embellished with beautiful large diamond-like gems that gave the look interest and movement. Sandra's long hair was middle-parted and loose and she wore subtle makeup.

American actor and producer Channing Tatum is famous for many films, including Step Up, Magic Mike, Magic Mike XXL, 21 Jump Street, 22 Jump Street, She's the Man, The Dilemma, White House Down, The Hateful Eight, Hail, Caesar!, and Logan Lucky. He has also written two children's books and owns two production companies. 

On the show, Channing wore a dark grey casual jacket over a thin light grey, crew neck sweater. He paired them with black suit trousers and black suede trainers with a thick white sole. The overall outfit was relaxed but smart looking. 

This clip shows Bullock talking about a night out with Hugh Grant in Tokyo. Tatum talks about filming the upcoming movie Magic Mike 3 and learning to dance from his friends' abuelas.
