On The Late Late Show with James Corden, James welcomed Wanda Sykes, Joel McHale, Tomorrow X Together, Jamie Lee Curtis, Nate Bargatze, The Scarlet Opera, Ke Huy Quan, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Colin Farrell, Brendan Gleeson, and Chris Martin. Let's take a look at this week's outfits from the show.

Jamie Lee Curtis and Nate Bargatze

Jamie Lee Curtis is an American actress, producer, and children's author. She is the daughter of Hollywood legends Tony Curtis and Janet Leigh. She is best known for starring in slashers and horror films, such as Halloween and its sequels Halloween II, Halloween H20: 20 Years Later, Halloween: Resurrection, Halloween, Halloween Kills, and Halloween Ends. She has appeared in many other genres of movies, and her notable films include Trading Places, A Fish Called Wanda, True Lies, Blue Steel, My Girl, Freaky Friday, Knives Out, and Everything Everywhere All at Once. Curtis has written children's books including, Today I Feel Silly, and Other Moods That Make My Day. 

On the show, Jamie donned a beautifully tailored powder blue double-breasted pantsuit with padded shoulders, flap pockets, and high-waisted wide-legged trousers with a slight flare at the hem. She paired it with a crew neck black t-shirt, which tied together her black high-heeled pumps.

American comedian Nathan Bargatze is known for his standup routines on shows such as Late Night with Conan O'Brien and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. He has released multiple comedy albums, including Yelled at by a Clown and Full Time Magic. Bargatze also has several Netflix comedy specials, including The Standups, The Tennessee Kid, and The Greatest Average American. He also hosts the Nateland podcast. 

During his interview, Nate appeared casual and relaxed in a white t-shirt, dark blue chinos, and a matching dark blue collared velvety bomber-style jacket with silver hardware. James wore his bottle green suit, light pink shirt, and maroon tie. 

In this clip, Jamie jokingly says that she doesn't want to promote her Oscar nominated film Everything Everywhere All At Once. She gives James a farewell gift, and then Nate describes watching Jamie's Halloween in an empty drive-in theatre in the woods.

 

 

Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson

Colin Farrell is an Irish actor famous for films such as In Bruges, Horrible Bosses, Total Recall (2012), Seven Psychopaths, Saving Mr. Banks, The Lobster, The Beguiled, Dumbo (2019), and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. He recently gained critical acclaim for the movie The Banshees of Inisherin, for which he won a Golden Globe for Best Actor and a nomination for Best Actor in the upcoming 2023 Oscars. 

On the programme, Colin looked sylish in a slate grey slim-fitting single-breasted suit with small peak lapels and straight-legged trousers. He paired it with a white classic collar shirt and a slim black tie that echoed the overall slim look of the outfit.

Irish actor and film director Brendan Gleeson is best recognised as Alistor Moody in the Harry Potter series. He has appeared in many films, including Braveheart, The General, 28 Days Later, Gangs of New York, Cold Mountain, Troy, In Bruges, Paddington 2, The Ballad of Buster Scruggs, and The Banshees of Inisherin. For the latter, he has received a nomination for the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor in the upcoming awards. 

On the show, Brendan also dressed in a slate grey suit. His featured a looser fit, jetted pockets, and wider peak lapels. He paired his suit with a black shirt left unbuttoned at the collar for a more relaxed look than Colin's. James wore his plum-coloured suit, off-white club collar shirt, and blue tie. 

This clip shows Colin and Brendan describing where they were when they received their recent Oscar nominations. They then explain their Golden Globes kiss, and discuss their beginnings on Irish soap operas.
