The Olivier Awards 2025, Celebrity Style: Men

Taking place at London's Royal Albert Hall on the 6th of April, this year marked the fortieth Olivier Awards since Sir Laurence Olivier gave his name to the ceremony, making it an extra special evening. The event celebrates the best stage productions of the last twelve months. Before the ceremony began, guests, nominees, and presenters walked the famous green carpet in their sartorial best. Let's take a look at some of the outfits chosen by the male attendees this year.

Billy Porter

American actor Billy Porter hosted the ceremony with British actress and singer Beverley Knight. Known for his flamboyant style, Porter did not disappoint in a brown and black velvet brocade double-breasted suit with a pussy-bow-style ribbon at the collar and an enormous headpiece that looked like it was made of a partially deflated 1990s blow-up chair!

Adrien Brody

2025 Oscar winner for The Brutalist, Adrien Brody, walked the green carpet in a classic single-breasted, flap-pocketed, black suit with satin notch lapels that he paired with a black shirt. The enormous silver, three-armed, twisted vine brooch that he attached to his left shoulder made his look stand out.

Myles Frost

American actor and singer Myles Frost was nominated for an award for playing Michael Jackson in MJ The Musical. He arrived at the ceremony in a gorgeous blue velvet, single-breasted suit with straight, jetted pockets, peak lapels, and tapering, slim-fitting trousers. He combined it with a scoop-neck T-shirt for a smart but laid-back look and accessorised with layered gold necklaces and diamond stud earrings.

Layton Williams

English actor Layton Williams was awarded Best Supporting Actor in a Musical for Titanique. He arrived at the ceremony wearing a hat that almost rivalled Billy Porter's! The rest of his look was a fabulously fitted, black, double-breasted jacket with large, slanted flap pockets and sharp peak lapels. He paired it with matching black flared tailored trousers, a white shirt, and a black tie with a yellow diagonal stripe. He rounded off his look with black leather gloves and platform shoes.
