This week on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy welcomed Taylor Swift, Meghan Trainor, Sigourney Weaver, Michaela Coel, Zedd & Maren Morris, Jim Parsons, Rose Byrne, Isabel Hagen, Millie Bobby Brown, Michael Imperioli, Tegan and Sara, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Bobby Cannavale, and JVKE. Let's take a look at this week's outfits from the show.

Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift is an American singer-songwriter. She moved to Nashville at age fourteen to pursue a career in country music but has since experimented with many different styles. Her first album, Taylor Swift, was released in 2006. She has since released nine other studio albums, four extended plays, three live albums, and sold one hundred and fourteen million albums worldwide. Swift's best-known singles include We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together, Shake It Off, Blank Space, and Bad Blood. Her latest album, Midnights, broke the record for the most single-day streams on Spotify. She is one of the best-selling artists of all time and has won 11 Grammy Awards, 34 American Music Awards, 29 Billboard Music Awards, and an Emmy Award. 

For her appearance on the show, Taylor donned a matching 70s-inspired velvety black and white graphic chevron patterned turtle neck jumper, trousers and single-breasted blazer fastened with a single black button. She finished the outfit with silver jewellery, black boots and her signature bright red lip. Jimmy wore a blue single-breasted suit with a classic collar white shirt and a mismatched grey and black triangle patterned tie.

Sigourney Weaver

American actress Sigourney Weaver is most famous for her role as Ellen Ripley in Alien, Aliens, Alien 3, and Alien Resurrection. Her other blockbuster characters include Dana Barrett in Ghostbusters, Ghostbusters II, Ghostbusters 2016, Ghostbusters: Afterlife, and Dr Grace Augustine in Avatar. Weaver has appeared in over sixty films and has been nominated for three Oscars.

During her interview, Sigourney dressed in a bottle-green shot silk dupion single-breasted slim-fitting pantsuit. She paired it with a high-necked black crew neck t-shirt and large statement gold earrings. Jimmy wore his black single-breasted suit, spread-collar white shirt and a brown tie with a thin grey stripe.

Jim Parsons

Jim Parsons is an American actor and producer best known for his role as Sheldon Cooper in the sitcom The Big Bang Theory, which ran from 2007 to 2019. On film, he has starred in The Normal Heart, The Boys in the Band and voiced the character of Oh in Home. Parsons has also had supporting roles in the movies Hidden Figures and Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile. 

On the programme, Jim wore a traditional slim-fitting single-breasted black suit. He combined it with a white polo shirt with red and black stripe detailing on the collar and pocket for a more casual feel to the classic look. Jimmy again wore his blue suit. This time he paired it with a classic collar white shirt and a maroon and white striped tie.
