For Tijani’s wedding on 26th June 2026, the team at A Hand Tailored Suit, based in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, created a bespoke ivory double-breasted dinner jacket and black evening trousers, combining classic black-tie elegance with carefully considered personal details.
A Bespoke Black-Tie Look
With the Birmingham function beginning at 10am, Tijani wanted an outfit that would make a memorable impression while remaining timeless and refined.
The centerpiece of the look was an off-white ivory double-breasted jacket, designed with a deep 3.75-inch shawl lapel. The matching ivory lapel keeps the look clean and sophisticated, allowing the contrast between the ivory jacket and black evening trousers to create the classic black-tie effect.
The jacket featured a 3x3 double-breasted front with two-button fastening, straight flapped pockets and double vents at the back. Mother-of-pearl buttons added a subtle luxury detail to the ivory fabric.
Inside, the jacket was finished with a striking white paisley lining, giving Tijani a hidden bespoke detail that could be appreciated whenever the jacket was opened.
