For Episode 2 of Series 31 of The Graham Norton Show, Graham welcomed Bernie Taupin, Elton John's lyricist, talking about his memoir, Scattershot: Life, Music, Elton and Me. Actress and comedian Catherine Tate appeared to discuss performing in the West End in The Enfield Haunting. Graham greeted actor and rapper Ashley Walters, who is currently starring in the last series of Top Boy. Comedian Bill Bailey came on the show to promote his tour Thoughtifier, and Christine and the Queens performed their latest music. Let's take a look at some of the outfits from this week's show.

Graham Norton

On the show this week, Graham wore his favourite slim-fitting single-breasted notch lapel style suit. It was more muted than sometimes in a light bluey-grey hue paired with a seafoam spread collar shirt and a navy silk tie. Check out his outfit in the clips below. 

Bernie Taupin

Bernie Taupin is an English lyricist and visual artist. He is best known for his writing partnership with Sir Elton John, which has continued since the 1960s. He was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1992 and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year. In 2020, He and John won the Oscar for Best Original Song for (I'm Gonna) Love Me Again, which appears in the end credits of the film Rocketman. 

On the show, Bernie wore a gorgeous black three-piece suit shot with glinting silver pinstripes. The waistcoat was single-breasted, as was the thin, notch lapel, shoulder-padded, jet-pocketed jacket.

Catherine Tate

English actress, comedian, and writer Catherine Ford is known professionally as Catherine Tate. She is recognised for her work on The Catherine Tate Show, Catherine Tate's Nan, the fourth series of Doctor Who, the U.S. version of The Office, Netflix's Hard Cell, Queen of Oz, and The Nan Movie. She has also appeared in several films, including Gulliver's Travels, Monte Carlo, and SuperBob. Tate has won many awards for her comedy shows and has also been nominated for an International Emmy Award and seven BAFTAs.

During her interview, Catherine donned a tight-fitting white v-neck t-shirt tucked into wide-legged high-waisted black trousers. She finished the outfit with a matching black blazer and wore her signature red hair in a loose middle-parted style. 

This clip shows Catherine joking about the first time she went for a medical examination after her show came out.

Ashley Walters

Ashley Walters is a British actor and rapper. He is famous for being part of the garage group So Solid Crew. Walters is also known for acting in television series such as Top Boy, Grange Hill, The Bill, Holby City, Doctor Who, Silent Witness, Cuffs, and Bulletproof, which he co-created. 

On the programme, Ashley dressed casually in a '90s-reminiscent black bomber jacket patterned with black and red checks. He paired it with comfortable black trousers and a crisp crew-neck white t-shirt. 

In this clip, Ashley demonstrates his impressive memory by rapping his part of the hit 21 Seconds.
