Ingrid Andress
American singer Ingrid Andress wore a classic white tailored suit from Giorgio Armani Privé, but added extra sparkle to the attire with a bodysuit embellished with crystals. Nominated for Best New Artist, the singer's jacket with soft padded shoulders was a single-button fastening with two flapped pockets and peak lapels, features that were finished with extra stitch detailing on the edges. The straight leg trousers were designed with a high waistband which was pleated for added effect to the monochrome look. As the crystals glistened in the glow, so did Ingrid Andress in her suit of the night.
Keltie Knight
Canadian presenter Keltie Knight embraced the Gatsby-style glamour on the red carpet as she wore a sequined silver Sebastian Gunawan floor-length gown. The gown with two splits on the skirt was also designed with a cut-out section on the front and a extra panel of the sequined fabric hanging down the back from the collar on the dress. The sleeves full of volume and shape were finished with a grey feather trim, flowing from a lighter to darker shade to really define the presenter's red carpet glamour.
Mickey Guyton
American country musician Mickey Guyton shone in the spotlight as she performed her song 'Black Like Me' on the Grammy's stage wearing a custom floor-length Naeem Khan gold gown with structured shoulders. The singer's form-fitted gown draped down into a stunning golden train that lay behind the singer perfectly as her song was nominated for Best Country Solo Performance: a historic night for the singer in a truly golden outfit in which she looked simply stunning. She also looked stunning in her red carpet look below: a Valentino floral sheer cape with a pale pink slip gown underneath that acts as the canvas for the gorgeous embroidered butterflies on top, making it a beautiful Spring-inspired outfit.
Taylor Swift
Wearing an Oscar de la Renta floral long-sleeve dress, American singer/songwriter Taylor Swift took home the Grammy for Album of the Year with her album, 'Folklore'. Her dress was also one ready for the Spring season as the tulle dress was embellished with pressed and embroidered flowers all around. The arrangement of the flowers is random, embodying the nature of the flowers even more whilst the cuffs slightly flare out for a extra delicate finishing touch. The calm colour palette combined with the silhouette of the dress makes for a lovely red carpet look for Taylor Swift.
Brandi Carlile
American singer/songwriter Brandi Carlile looked and was a winner as her song 'Crowded Table' won the Grammy for Best Country Song. Carlile's velvet three-piece Prince of Wales check suit from Wolk Morais had the metallic finish as her double-breasted jacket featured wide peak lapels, black buttons on the cuffs and flapped pockets. The waistcoat in its single-breasted form has a high neckline and slanted welt pockets, whilst the straight leg trousers contain front trouser pockets for that extra cool finish to the singer's sharp suit.
Maren Morris
Nominated for Best Country Song with 'The Bones', American singer Maren Morris glistened in a pale lilac Dolce & Gabbana slip floor-length gown with a lovely draped train at the back. The satin ensemble was embellished with Swarovski crystals along the V-neck front and back as the straps cross over each other. The crystals are aligned to create diamond panels on the gown which highlight the silhouette. The natural sheen of the satin fabric created another award-winning look on the night in which Morris too looked like a diamond.
Jayda G
Canadian DJ and music producer Jayda G was up for Best Dance Recording with her record 'Both Of Us', virtually attending the ceremony in a sharp blue Stella McCartney two-piece suit. The single-breasted jacket with flapped pockets, standard breast pocket and a single vent, was designed with a one-button fastening as the lapels ended just above this detail. The lapels themselves have the appearance of a shawl collar at first but a tiny notch transforms them into said style. The tapered trousers with a sharp centre crease finishes at the ankles as Jayda G looks modern and chic for this year's awards.
Tiara Thomas
Wearing a layered black tulle gown to the ceremony, American singer/songwriter Tiara Thomas accepted the Grammy for Song of the Year for her song, 'I Can't Breathe'. Designed with a corset top, the skirt is layered to contrast the fitted top, working very effectively together. The gown is fastened with a zip at the back, designed with thin spaghetti straps that fall into a soft tulle trim at the top of the dress. The singer's gown showcases perfectly how to use texture to break up a monochromatic look, adding drama but also looking sophisticated for this event just like Tiara Thomas.
