Hosted at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, the awards celebrated those in categories such as Outstanding Drama Series, Lead Actor in a Drama SeriesLead Actress in a Comedy Series and much more. As the red carpet was rolled out once more to welcome those nominated and attending, we were treated to more spectacular formal looks. The jacket was a six-button design in a metallic finish to also match the buttons of the jacket cuffs and finished with a contrasting wide black peak lapel, wearing a black formal shirt and bow tie underneath. The welt pocket blended in with one of the three shades of blue whilst the jet pockets are also a contrasting black detail to make it extra sharp. The back is double vent design and the trousers finished with noticeable centre crease and blue stripe down the sides for that summery tuxedo vibe.

American actor, writer and comedian Jason Sudeikis came away with two Emmy's on the night, one in the category Lead Actor in a Comedy Series and the second in Outstanding Comedy Series for the show, "Ted Lasso". On the red carpet, the actor arrived sporting a slate blue velvet evening piece, worn with a black stud dress shirt and velvet bow tie. The jacket is single-breasted with a two-button fastening and three flapped pockets, a white pocket square just showing in the welt pocket. Wide peak lapels are distinguished in this piece with reinforced stitches around them and the collar for extra detail, and a buttonhole left unfastened on the cuffs. The shoulders are padded with a subtle round shape at the tops of the sleeves to compliment the curved hem of the jacket and contrast the sharp centre crease on the trousers.

On the jacket were wide peak lapels and two flapped pockets with a single-button front, the hem slightly rounded to maintain a cutting edge look. The jacket is a shawl collar choice with just the one button for the fastening, styled with a welt pocket and two double jet pockets below the waist. The cuffs are a subtle turned up feature with smaller fabric covered buttons above. With a curved jacket hem to match the shawl collar well, the trousers are a straight slim cut with pockets on the side and the classic front crease too for a cool, relaxed evening finish.

A tailcoat was the preferred top piece designed with an eight-button front and thin double jet pockets. The hem on the front is sharp, whilst the shoulders are padded and the peak lapels are contrasting with a fold-over detail to style them into the notch design. His white dress shirt is obscured through the black ribbon tie and flower centralised on the collar. The trousers are cut straight with the hem just finishing above the shoe and the lining of the tailcoat shimmering nicely in the spotlight to ensure its design on the red carpet is known.

The jacket design blends from light pink sequins to grey and black pieces on the bottom half of the jacket and sleeves. With contrasting peak lapels and collar on the jacket, the black bow tie matches perfectly and creates a cohesive look, the rich glamour enhanced through the gold dress studs on the dress shirt: a very fancy and sleek evening suit.

Underneath the jacket was longer panelling split down the side and finishing at the knee, allowing the lighter blue trousers underneath to stand out through the bunched hem. It's a tailored piece sharp as the blue colour itself.

The lapels themselves were short and the jacket finished with gold embellishments on the cuffs and button front. The trousers were retro is style with a bootcut, flared finish to the hem and panelling enhanced as an extra detail on them, completed with the same golden details down the sides.
